I have worked and travelled abroad for many years, my interest in complementary therapy began whilst in Thailand, where I had the opportunity to experience various types of bodywork and healing. I am very passionate about what I do and find myself constantly rewarded at the results my clients achieve. I also pride myself in offering a professional, confidential and friendly service.

·          Diploma in Neuroskeletal Re-alignment Therapy (BNSRTA)

·          Diploma in Sports Massage L3 (ITEC)

·          Diploma in Holistic Massage L3 (ITEC)

·          Certificate in Deep Tissue Massage (IGPP)

·          Reiki 1

·          Indian Head Massage

·          Professional training and courses undertaken include:

• HMM for Hip and Pelvis
• HMM for Leg, Knee and Foot Pain
• Save Your Hands

I continue to add to my skills by attending advanced massage workshops and courses throughout the year.
